Refund and Return Policy

At NoForma Studio, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with your jewelry. All purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the items have been used under normal conditions.

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Defects or damages due to loss, theft, fire, or other events beyond our control.
• Defects or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Defects or damages caused by improper use (such as knocks, dents, crushing to the case, crystal, bracelet, or strap), unauthorized alterations, tampering, dismantling, or any services or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Antonella Vermont service provider.
• Defects or damages resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Routine maintenance and cleaning.

Product Non-Conformity: In the event of a product non-conformity, NoForma Studio will honor returns, exchanges, or refunds, provided that the customer adheres to the conditions and deadlines outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (for Non-Professional Natural Persons): Regardless of product non-conformity, customers who are non-professional natural persons have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, customers must notify NoForma Studio within the 14-day period and return the jewelry in its original packaging, unworn, for an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions and Costs:

• Return shipping costs, both within Switzerland and internationally, are the responsibility of the customer.
• A processing fee of CHF 30 will be deducted from all refunds.
• The return package must include the product, the order number, a description of the items being returned, and a request for either an exchange or a refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, less the CHF 30 processing fee.
